Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, features, and other information accurately.
However, colors and visual appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen calibration, device settings, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors.
Customers should review the applicable product description before purchasing to determine whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and their pet.
Pet Grooming Products
CharmNest products are intended for ordinary pet grooming and coat-care purposes as described on the applicable product page.
Pet owners are responsible for using grooming products carefully and appropriately. Stop using a product if your pet shows significant discomfort or if the product becomes damaged.
Our products and website information are not intended to replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or professional veterinary advice.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, inventory problems, or incorrect product information.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
